Heavenly Father, tonight as our day draws to a close, we thank you for all that is and will be, all that is possible, and promised, for our triumphs and failures, for your hand is always on in our lives, even when things seem dark, your love is there to guide us, hold us, and lead us. Thank you for keeping us safe today, and Lord we ask that you protect our Military personnel as they continue to protect our Nation. Be with our Law Enforcement officers, as they deal with the evil of this world, make them a shining example of your understanding and compassion. Tomorrow and always, we ask that you bless all who visit this site, keep them from harm, and shower them with your blessings. Tonight Lord, we ask that special healings be laid upon Brendan, Kevin, and Susan. In Jesus name we pray, amen.

'In the first place, we should insist that if the immigrant who comes here in good faith becomes an American and assimilates himself to us, he shall be treated on an exact equality with everyone else, for it is an outrage to discriminate against any such man because of creed, or birthplace, or origin. But this is predicated upon the person's becoming in every facet an American, and nothing but an American. There can be no divided allegiance here. Any man who says he is an American, but something else also, isn't an American at all. We have room for but one flag, the American flag. We have room for but one language here, and that is the English language. And we have room for but one sole loyalty and that is a loyalty to the American people.' - Theodore Roosevelt 1907

Heavenly father we thank you today for all of our wonderful friends we have here. We pray that you watch or us and guide us in our pursuits on this earth.
We pray that our friends and family that are struggling with their health be quickly healed and they can return to the life they once knew and that their family is given the strength to see them through their trying times.
We pray father that you watch over our animals and guide our hands so we may provide the best for them, amen.

Dear Heavenly Father, Thank you so much for the wonderful weather (60) and all the blessings that you bring to each of us no matter how large or small they are.  Watch over those who are ill and put your healing hand on them.  We pray for the military and their families and help them through the rough times they might be having.  Please watch over all the animals and their owners as kidding season is here.  Help anyone who needs to open their heart to you.  I ask all these things in your name.  Amen

Heavenly Father, this morning as we start our busy lives, we want to take a moment to remember your blessings, for the air we breathe, the marvel of a working body, mind and your spirit working in our lives. Today Lord we ask that you especially remember those who feel lost, or angry in spirit. Lord, send your Holy Spirit to heal them, and to place your love and compassion in their hearts. We pray for comfort, for those who remain on the fringe of salvation, may their hearts be lead to your wisdom, and direction.

Heavenly Father, today we praise you in all things, we thank you for your grace in giving us answered prayer, and we thank you for the challenges you have lead us too, for truly your Will, will be done in your time.

Lord today, I come with a selfish request, I ask that you send others to share in this thread, give them the confidence to talk to you in public, and the understanding to know there is no right or wrong way to pray. All you have ever asked is that we come with an open heart, please lead them Lord. In Jesus name we pray, amen.

Early Mother's Day Prayer:

Heavenly Father, I am so blessed to have such a great mother. I think about how many kids those their moms when they are little. They don't even know her scent, how good she can make you feel when you are sick, or what her food taste like. There are also adults who have lost their mom, they know all this stuff & have lost it. I cherish everyday I am with my mom, I know I don't deserve her most days. Please, anyone who is without their mother tomorrow, please let them know that you have a greater love for them & they are not alone.

Wishing everyone a GREAT Mother's Day! :angel3:

Dear Heavenly Father, I ask that you watch over everyone not only on GT, but all the soldiers & their families, our police, firefighter, ambulance men/women, & our government officials. We go through trials & tribulations Lord, & I ask that with every one of them that you accompany us. We are simply aliens to this world, & I cannot wait until the day I see you. Father, there are so many starving children in this world, so many people that are homeless, people that don't know what it is like to live in a warm house & have your choice of supper.Lord, please lay your hand upon these people & not let them feel so alone tonight. Lord I am a fithly rotten sinner, I am so blessed that you died for our sins, so that when I make a mistake, I can weap & ask forgiveness & get to go to heaven. I pray this in Your Holy Name,Amen! :angel3:

Dear Heavenly Father, I come to you today to thank you for your wonderful blessings. You are the creator of all things. You know I was faced with many trials today, as I am everyday, & I could feel you with me every step of the way. I am so greatful that you sent your son to die for me so that I could get forgiveness. I sin everyday Lord, & without forgiveness I would be know where. Lord, I ask that you help our government to make the right choices, that you help familes who have an ill child or a child who is missing. I pray this in your Holy Name, Amen!

Heavenly Father, we praise you, and give thanks for our many blessings. Thank you for giving us such a wonderful group of people to share the love of your creatures with, thank you for letting us be part of their lives. Lord we ask that you continue to bless all those who come to this site, that you keep them healthy, heal those that are aflicted with physical illness, or emotional distress, and we ask that you watch over our military and their families. Father, today when the news programs are reporting less and less on the war in Iraq, help us not to forget that our men and women are still there, and still at risk. In Jesus precious name we pray, amen.

Heavenly Father, today we come to you asking for your protection for all of our members and families as they enjoy time together. Lord, help them to stay safe, keep them protected with your loving hands in all they do, as they travel, enjoy family and friends, or just stay home with loved ones.

Help us to all remember why we celebrate this holiday, as it seems to have become a gardening/camping/boating/shopping holiday for many. Help us remember those who have paid the ultimate price for our freedom, and Lord, help us most importantly remember the families they left behind. In Jesus name we pray, amen.

Heavenly Father,Thankyou so much for the blessings you give us, the trials that shape us, the people you use to teach us new things, the mercy and love you pour out upon us. Let us not lose sight of the gift of your son Jesus Christ. Father we ask that you will reveal yourself to those that don't yet know you, and to those that know they need you but are hesitant in making that first step. Please bless each of your children this day and continue to work in their lives. Thankyou for our goats, the joys and the trials that come along with them, thankyou for allowing each of them to come into our care. in the name of your son Jesus Christ we entrust these prayers and petitions into your loving hands. Amen

Almighty God, today we ask that you will keep us this day for yourself, that you will grant us understanding to your word and will for our lives, that your wisdom will be upon our lips and your love will overflow from your children into the lives of those around us. Please convict us when we start to waver from your will and may we be humble enough to accept that conviction and take the necessary measures to repent and make things right again where possible. Please Father keep us clothed in your humility and let us glorify you in our words, thoughts and actions. May we be mercyful as you have shown us mercy, and forgiving where you have shown us forgivness. Thankyou Heavenly Father, love your children, in Jesus Christ our Lord and Saviour. Amen.

Heavenly Father, let us come before you with a humble heart today, may we put you first in everything we do. May we desire and follow through with being a servant one to another. Let us not intentionally set any wicked and unglorifying thing before our eyes and ears. Please stregnthen us for the times to come. Father you know our thoughts , desires and intentions and the joys and triumphs we face each day, we thankyou that you allow such things so to direct and mold us into the Godly daughters you would have us to be. For those of us that are married help us to reverence our husbands, pray and love them, to use the wisdom as a wife that you have blessed us with, may you also bless and help us to nurture the children you have lent to us, and to those whom are single, rejoice in doing the work of you Father that the freedom as a single woman can perform. Sincerly yours, Your Daughters. :praying:

Heavenly Father, tonight we come before you to thank you for our many blessings. Each of us has a list that could take a lifetime to speak...we thank you for the miracle of life, for the blessings of the children you send for our safe keeping, for the joy, and even the trials of life. In all things Lord, we give you praise.

Tonight Father, we ask that you bless our GoatTalk family with your grace and peace. Give us joy and contentment in all we do Lord, in the full knowledge of your glorious purpose. In Jesus name we ask it, amen.

Heavenly Father, please forgive me for neglecting this public prayer. In this time, when we are all so terribly busy with our lives, and our desires, we praise and rejoice in your ever present love. Forgive us Lord, when we seem to take that love for granted, it is a blessing, and more than we ever deserve.

Lord, please be with the leaders of Saudi Arabia, a country that is supposed to be a friend of our nation, and where children are taught in their school text books to hate Christians and Jews. We know that all things are possible through you, and Lord we ask that you convict the hearts of those who preach hate, and lead them to understanding. Give us understanding as well, and press conviction on our leaders, help them to understand that our country can survive without Saudi oil, and that allies do not teach their children to hate us, enemies who say one thing and do another are the evil threat of our time. In Jesus name we pray, amen.

Gracious Heavenly Father, tonight as we enjoy the hot days of summer, we give thanks for having homes, and loved ones, and our special goat friends. With all our many concerns, and trials, we know there are those that today struggle for life, and liberty, and struggle to find something to eat. We ask that you watch over them, and our military as things throughout the world seem to escalate. We acknowledge your devine plan for the Middle East, and specifically for Israel, Lord. We know that peace is not likely to come, or hold for long, as your scripture is fulfilled, but we long for peace there, and in this world. In Jesus name we pray, amen.

Almighty God, today in many parts of the world, temperatures are rising, with little cooling relief in sight. Whether it be climate, or the hostility of nations, Lord we ask for relief, for cooling of temperatures. Be with us, and help each of us to be a cooling restful spirit, let the grace of your love shine through us, and around us, and bless us in all things.

Father, tonight we come before you with grateful hearts, we thank you for protecting US citizens from the evil of this world. Thank you for easing the tensions in the Middle East, we know Father that you can work miracles, you are the beginning and the end, and with you all things are possible.

Lord we ask that you be with Junaid, protect him and his animals, as they deal with your heavy rains, and be with all of our members as they enjoy the last days of summer. Father we ask that you be with Brendan, give him strenth and healing. In Jesus name we pray, amen.

Heavenly Father, in this busy world sometimes we forget to stop and listen to your voice, we rush to do our chores, and off to work many of us go, we shop for school supplies, meet new teachers at our children's school, we sign up our kids for this or that activity, we have busyness in our minds and hearts, and because we know you are always there, always a loving protective Creator, we put you on the back burner. But Lord, tonight, we come before you, still, and listening, and we ask for your guidance in our lives. Help us Lord to know where you want our time spent, and show us the folly of our own desires.

Father, we ask that you touch the lives of each and every teacher that impacts the children, bless them with your loving spirit, and lead them into the truth. Help them to have the courage of your conviction, and cause them to turn away from secular dogma. We know that in the US 82% of the population believes in you, help them to have the courage to step up, and be counted. In Jesus precious name we pray, amen.

Lord God Jehovah, we come before you with love in our hearts, grateful for all of your blessings, for the love of family, whether today or in memory, for the gift of salvation, through your son Jesus, for all things we know, and have yet to know, we give thanks.

We ask Lord that you watch over our members, and our military, hold them safely in your protective hands, and give their families strength and peace. Be with all those who suffered in the horror of 9/11. We know Lord that you will have your judgment with those who are possessed of evil in this horror Lord, and we give our anger to you, and rest in your comfort.

As summer draws to an end Father, we ask that you remember your homeless children, help them to find shelter for the coming winter, and be with all those who suffered in the hurricanes this year. Protect the Gulf and Coast States this year Lord, and give them time to recover. In Jesus name we pray, amen.

Heavenly Father, today we thank you for the many wonderful blessings we have. We are thankful for our warm homes, the plentiful food available to us, the good medical care we are offered, and the love of our families.
We pray father that you will comfort the families and children involved in the Bailey school shooting this last week and give them comfort during their time of grief and healing.
We thank you father for the special gift we have in our animals and pray that you guide us in providing the bet of care for them.
We also pray that one day soon the wars and fighting around the world will end and that all of mankind can exist on this earth together in peace.
Amen.
