This tread has really been neglected for awhile, so tonight I will start, and after that, perhaps we can all take turns delivering a prayer each night?

Lord, tonight we thank you for your many wonderous blessings. For family, and friends, and a way to share our joy of caring for your creatures, here on the Internet. We ask that you wrap your loving arms around each and everyone of us, protecting us from harm, and that you bless all that hold love in their hearts towards us, and forgive those that preach hate. In Jesus prescious name we ask it, amen.

'In the first place, we should insist that if the immigrant who comes here in good faith becomes an American and assimilates himself to us, he shall be treated on an exact equality with everyone else, for it is an outrage to discriminate against any such man because of creed, or birthplace, or origin. But this is predicated upon the person's becoming in every facet an American, and nothing but an American. There can be no divided allegiance here. Any man who says he is an American, but something else also, isn't an American at all. We have room for but one flag, the American flag. Very nice, Nic, thank you.

Prayers seem to come so easily to most people (or it seems that way!)  I'm not very good at it.

Doreen, I am not very good at it either, and praying in public is certainly not my forte'. I figure if we speak from the heart, that is all we are called to do, and it can't be wrong. Give it a try, you might be surprised.

Lord, tonight we come to you with heavy hearts, saddened by current events, and troubled by some of your children. As we deal with all of the small things in life Lord, help us to remember all the children that are cold tonight, without sufficent food, and hungry for your word. Make us a blessing unto your word, in Jesus name we pray, amen.

Lord we are thankful for all of the wonderful things that you have bestowed upon us, friends, family, and the love for our animals. We are thankful for our warm homes, good medical care available to us, and plentiful food as simple as it may sometimes be. We pray lord that you guide our hands true so that we may provide the best for our families.
We pray that one day all people on this earth may live in peace and that the less fortunate may experience the many wonderful blessings and freedoms that we enjoy here in this country.

I want to thank you Lord for this wonderful day.  Please watch over each of us and our families as we try to do your work.  Please watch over the people who try to make this a peaceful place for people to come and learn and talk about our animals so that they may have a better life.  Sometimes making decisions for what is right for everyone on this board, is not an easy task.   Keep our Military & their families really close to you as I know it is not easy on any of them.  In Christ name I pray, Amen

Thank you Julie, that was beautiful.

Tonight Lord we ask for your loving touch, please wrap your compassionate arms around all who read this prayer. Give them peace and joy in their hearts, and grace from their lips, and let them feel your presence in every moment of every day, as you lead us all in your path of righteousness. Cast out evilness and quarrel from our lives and replace it with compassion, and integrity, that we may all enjoy the bounty of your blessings. Tonight Lord, remember our loved ones, give them health and happiness, and bless them now and always. In Jesus precious name we pray, amen.

Heavenly Father, tonight we come to you with joy in our hearts, as we look forward to seeing your hand in our lives. As each day dawns, and every breath is taken, we know that without you, our lives are incomplete. Lord tomorrow, help us remember your love, your grace, and your compassion, help us reach out to someone whose heart is hurting, let us be a shining example of your love. And Father, bless all of our animals as we head into kidding season, bless those that are there to help your creatures, and those that cheer them on. Let this be the year of happy healthy babies, and healed bodys. Lord remember Brendan, and lay your loving touch on his body. In your name we pray, amen.

Dear Lord, thank you for the sunshine and the great day you gave us today.   We have so many things to be thankful for and for that I say thank you.  Keep everyones loved ones healthy and happy.   Please watch over those who are hurting, for what ever reason it maybe, help to ease their burden.  Watch over the animals that could be soon kidding, dealing with an illness and even those who are feeling well.  Please bring lots of good advice to the many people here who try to help those who are in need of advice and for them not to take offense to any of the advice that was given, it is all done with love and hope that they could help those in need.  In Christ name I pray Amen.

Father, tonight we thank you for your countless blessings, for family, for the love of friends, and for the blessing of allowing us to care for your creatures. In all the world, and all your miracles, you have blessed all of us here on this forum with countless hours of joy, in loving some of the most precious animals you have given mankind.

Lord we ask that you lay your healing touch on Brendan and Kevin and their families, help them today and always, and we ask that you bless each of us this kidding season, give us clear minds, to know what to do when needed, and healing hands to care for those that need intervention. In Jesus name we ask it, amen.

Heavenly Father, tonight we want to thank you for sending so many new people to GoatTalk. Your grace has always been abundant here, but as of late seems to be compounded ten fold-thank you. Thank you also for giving so many of us wonderful families, and a safe home were we can choose our destiny, in a Country were freedom is taken for granted most days. Please Lord watch over our Military and their family's, bend  Congress to your will, teach them to forsake their own egos for the betterment of our Nation. Watch over the homeless, and those that choose homelessness, help them to find a purpose in life, a passion that might lead them out of hopelessness. In Jesus name we ask it, amen.

Heavenly Father, we thank you for the wonderful friends we have here, and for the joy that sharing our experiences and successes with each other brings us. We pray father that we can continue to support each other and give strength to each other when we feel weak or are in need. We pray father that you may also give us strength and guide us in our journey here on this earth and that we may do the things that are pleasing unto you and that we may better serve our fellow man during our short time here.
We pray father that you will continue to watch over our members and their families here that are struggling with health issues and that they will heal quickly and be back home with their loved ones very soon.

We say these things humbly, in the name of our lord and savior Jesus Christ, amen.

Heavenly Father, tonight as our day draws to a close we thank you for your many blessings. For the miracle we take for granted of your loving presence, that by your design you made us breathing, thinking, loving people, capable if more that most of us will every know. We marvel in your mercy, and give thanks for keeping us safe yet one more day. Lord watch over our military and their families, and all of the GoatTalk members. We ask that you lay your loving, healing touch on those who are afflicted, with physical or emotional distress, and that you give us the words to comfort those that need our help. In Jesus precious name we pray, amen.

Dear Lord, Thank you so much for all the earthly blessings that you have given us and help guide those who are still searching for your truth.  Thank you for our wonderful family and friends.   The wonderful people who come here to share their knowledge about all the animals, so they will have happy and healthy lives also.  Please put your healing hand on those who are suffering for what ever reason.   Keep a close eye on our military and their families.  I ask all of this in the name of Jesus, Amen

Father, tonight as we count our many blessings, we thank you above all for your plan of salvation, for without your grace we are lost, without your spirit, we are self absorbed, and with you, we can claim your promise, "I can do all things through Christ Jesus who strengthens me." Lord help us to yield to your leadership in all things, and to claim the bounty of you have laid out for us.

Tonight Father, we ask that you pour out your blessings on our members and their families, heal those who are afflicted, and comfort their families. In all things Lord, we give you the glory, amen.

Dear Lord, we want to thank you for all our wonderful Blessings that we all have.  Thank you for all the wonderful members we have here, who are so willing to give their advice guiding people through the problems of the kidding season.  Please watch over all the animals as the kidding season is here and please let all the owners make the right decisons for their care.  I ask that you will give special care to all our military and their families and watch over them to keep them safe.  You know who needs your attention better than we do, so just help guide them to find your truth.
In Christ's name I pray Amen.
