Heavenly Father, tonight as we come before you we praise your name Lord God Jehovah, and honor your Son Jesus. We thank you for all that is and all that will be in our lives, the good, the bad, and even the ugly, for we know that through all you will strengthen us, mold us, and hold us up. Father, be with our members tonight and always, watch over our military both at home and abroad, and Lord, we ask a special blessing on the animals in our care. In Jesus name we pray, amen.

'In the first place, we should insist that if the immigrant who comes here in good faith becomes an American and assimilates himself to us, he shall be treated on an exact equality with everyone else, for it is an outrage to discriminate against any such man because of creed, or birthplace, or origin. But this is predicated upon the person's becoming in every facet an American, and nothing but an American. There can be no divided allegiance here. Any man who says he is an American, but something else also, isn't an American at all. We have room for but one flag, the American flag. We have room for but one language here, and that is the English language. And we have room for but one sole loyalty and that is a loyalty to the American people.' - Theodore Roosevelt 1907

I actually never saw this section before. What a great thing. I'll pray for today.

Heavenly Father, Please protect those who are having such cold weather. Keep them safe and warm and protect the animals. Thank you that we can pray like this together even on the internet. Help us us show your love and compassion to those around us today so that your name is praised.
In your Son's name,
Amen.

Heavenly Father,
Thank you that we can come before with our requests and praises. I ask you to be with those on Goattalk who are dealing with chronic illnesses. Help them to have a good day without pain , a day that is productive and full of your peace. I also ask your protection for those who are still dealing with weather problems.

Yes heavenly Father as we are in agreement in prayer for one another comfort those who are dealing with lifestayle illnesses and illnesses that will pass. We come before you to ask for healing. We also ask that your will be done in our lives. Let our situations make us stronger and of better character. Let these things that we experience drive us closer to you. In Jesus's name we ask as a group of united believers Amen

Our Heavenly FATHER,  In these troubled times we all know that only you can be our salvation!
We thank you for the many blessings you have bestowed upon us, for the food we eat, the roof over our heads.   We are greatly blessed in many many ways, if we just stop long enough to recognize them.
Thank You

Father God,
Thank you for this day.  That we're here to see and enjoy it.

Thank you for our health.  And our family's health.

Thank you for the provision of warm homes and healthy food.

Thank you for our pets.

Thank You for calling us Yours, and that we can come before you with our praise, wants and needs.

Thank you for always being available.

Lord God I hold up all of our GT families.  I ask that Your continued protection be with them and that all of their needs be met.  For those that are in areas with poor weather conditions, please be with them as they travel.

Keep them all close to You, and let them hear Your voice today.

For those that are feeling down today Lord, I ask for a ray of hope, a ray of sunshine to brighten things for them.  I ask that you show Yourself and Your love for them. Draw them close to you.

Thank you Lord that you care.  And that unlike a lot of earthly fathers, you are there always for Your kids.  No matter day or night.

I'm so grateful to be Yours.  And I thank you for the joy that comes only thru knowing you.  I pray that those that do not know You would seek You and find the peace that passes all understanding.

Thank you Lord for all of this.

Amen

The Good Lord gave you two ends.....one for sitting and one for thinking.  Heads you win, tails you lose.

Father God,
Thank you for this day.

Thank you for our health.

Lord, I hold up those that are in need today.  I pray Your hand will be upon them and draw them close to you.  I pray for an uplifting experience that will cause Your name and Your praise to be upon their lips.

Lord, there is someone in darkness today that needs Your light.  I hold them up.  I ask that they see Your mercy, and that they know and cling to Your love.  May they finally find the peace that has escaped their chaos-filled life.  May they choose this day to serve you.  To try somethig different than what they have ever known.  For this person, Lord, I pray for peace and joy.  I thank you Lord for their searching heart.

Thank You for all that You've done for us. We have so much to be thankful for.

I hold up all of our GT family members and ask that Your peace and protection be upon them and their families.  Keep them safe Lord.  Give them guidance and wisdom.  Lead them, Lord.

I also hold up all of our military members and ask the same for them.  Father God, please keep them safe.  Bring them home quickly and safely.

I'm so grateful to be Yours, and I'm thankful I can publicly praise Your name.  Thank you for being all that I need. I give You all the praise and glory.

In Jesus' name,
Amen.
