Heavenly Father, I ask you today to help us heal sick or injured goats.  Reading the Emergency & Health sections, I've heard a lot of pain from the owner of a pet wether who is loved a lot, Father, and you know how it's all going to turn out...............if it's your will, please put your healing touch on this pet wether, Lord, and the member with a badly bloated goat................You are the Ultimate Healer, Lord, please put your hand on this fine animal and through your mercy, make her well.
Father, the Amish community in Lancaster commited the bodies of four of their young girls to the ground today............we know thier souls flew to you on that fateful day, and they will be forever in your care.  Lord, these people have demonstrated forgiveness & compassion that puts me to shame, Lord, they are such good examples of the teachings of your son, our Savior, Jesus Christ.  Please help us to be more like them, and like YOU, Lord............these things I pray.  Amen.

'In the first place, we should insist that if the immigrant who comes here in good faith becomes an American and assimilates himself to us, he shall be treated on an exact equality with everyone else, for it is an outrage to discriminate against any such man because of creed, or birthplace, or origin. But this is predicated upon the person's becoming in every facet an American, and nothing but an American. There can be no divided allegiance here. Any man who says he is an American, but something else also, isn't an American at all. We have room for but one flag, the American flag. Heavenly Father, we come to you in prayer tonight, to praise your handy work in our lives. Lord we may not know your plan, or the turns we have in store, but we know we can always trust in your wisdom and grace to see us through whatever may happen.

Please be with our members today and always Father, bless them Father with your grace and peace. As we head into the winter months, Lord we ask that you bless those that are cold and hungry, help them to find shelter, and enough to eat. Be with our animal friends help them to have easy kiddings, and healthy days. In Jesus name we pray, amen.

Father, since you made us, and know everything about us, down to how many hairs we have on our heads, you also know what is in our minds and hearts.  You know that I think of you every day, and try to make a little time to be alone with you, or at least speak to you, or praise you in song, but sometimes my life seems so full of other things, trivial things that shouldn't matter, but do.  Please help me set my sights on what is real & just & true - namely father, YOU!! - and that most perfect of gifts that you gave to us...eternal life made possible by the blood of your Son, Jesus Christ.  I pray this especially as we draw ever closer to the holiday (holy day!) when he came to us in the form of a tiny baby.  please let me never forget even for a minute that HE is the real reason we should be joyful.............it seems so easy to lose our way when we're so busy with worldly things.

Also, Lord, as tomorrow is the day that we exercise our freedom to select our leaders here on Earth, guide our decisions and help us to elect those who might make strong, moral representatives to speak for us, those that are not ashamed to admit that they are believers, and who have you as their Commander-in-Chief.  In Jesus's name we pray.

Gracious Heavenly Father, we thank you for a wonderful season, filled with family, and/or the memories of loved ones, please keep our members and their famlies safe as they travel home this weekend. And as we move toward the Christmas season, we are reminded of your magnificent love, and thank you Father, for sending your son, that we might be forgiven of our sins and inadequacies. Father, we ask that you protect those who are displaced, and without permant shelter, Lord keep them warm, and help them to find what they need to fill their needs, in your perfect plan. Help us to stay focused on you during this holiday season and not to become distracted with gift giving, and party flavor that can often consume us, for without your blessing in our lives, we are nothing. Protect the wondrous creatures you have entrusted to our care, help us to make the right decisions for their care and comfort this winter season, and protect those precious new lives that will come into this world, during the cold winter months. In Jesus name we pray, amen.

Father we thank you for all your blessings, for our freedom to choose your path, or our own, for your tender guidance when we stumble, and for your supreme gift, your Son. Tonight father we ask you to bless our members, give them your peace and strength, help them as they care for your creatures. We know that you are forever, and always, and know our hearts better than we can ever understand. Father, give us wisdom to know when to let go, and let you take the lead in our lives. Watch over our military tonight and bring them home safely to their loved ones, and Lord we ask for peace in the Middle East. Bless Israel, and give their leaders wisdom in our troubled times. In Jesus name we pray, amen.

Father, tonight we praise you for your many blessings, for our families, for our health, for the love of your special creatures, and most of all for your Son. Lord, keep our members safe, and healthy, help them succeed at whatever your goal and mission, help them to easily find your purpose in each day. Please watch over the two little babies we are all praying for, and help Nancy recover from her surgery without complications or pain. In Jesus name we pray, amen.

Father, tonight we come to you with praise in our hearts. Thank you Lord for watching over the twins, and for Nancy's amazing recovery. We know that through you, all things are possible, but as your foolish children, sometimes we forget to trust you fully. Tonight Lord, we see the miracle of your vision, and your mercy, thank you Father. Please watch over ~SimplyBlessed~, comfort her, and provide your grace to fill her every need. In Jesus name we pray, amen.

Dear Lord, tonight as we sleep in our warm beds, with our family members around, please help those overseas. I know I often forget the sacrifices they make everyday. Please help their families to have the strength to press on. Lord, please help those like Cathy, whose family is going through a difficult time. Please pray for Cami & her family. Please help those who are just going through normal life stuggles & need you. We are all truly blessed to have such a wonderful group of friends. In Your Holy name, Amen.

Father, today we here in the United States have so very much to be thankful for. For our freedom, for our armed services that protect that freedom, for our homes, and our comforts, for your blessings, for the rain (even when we would rather have sunshine) we know Father that your plan is the true and correct path, you lead us too and through that which you want for our lives. Today Lord, be with our members, keep them safe, protect our military personnel, and deliver them safely home to our shores. In Jesus name we pray, amen.

Father God,

I humbly come before You and I thank You for the blessings that You have bestowed upon each of us. I know that all good things come from You.

Thank You for our families, especially our children.

Thank You for our homes.  And the shelter they provide from all of the elements.

Father I thank You for Your provision.  Thank You for meeting all of our needs.

Thank you for our health.  And the ability to do whatever it is that You have called each one of us to do this day.

You are so faithful to all of us.  We lift up Your name and give you all the praise and glory.  Thank You for meeting us right where we are.  Thank you for Your mercy.

Father I ask for forgiveness for the sin in our lives.  Help us to overcome that which  stands between You and us.  Give us ears to hear You as you speak and  remind us, clearly and loudly,  when we are making choices that are not glorifying to You.  Help us Father to recognize Your voice and the warnings that you place before each of us when faced with decisions that could lead us astray.

Lord, I ask for Your protection upon all of our GoatTalk members and their families.  Please keep each and every one of them close to you and under Your wings. Please place your hedge of protection around all of our children.  Keep them from the hand of the evil one.   Cause us all to seek Your face and walk in the direction that only You know will keep us safe and covered.

Cause us to stop and ponder before we act quickly and make a rash decison about things that could bring us hurt.  Help us bring Glory to Your name in all that we say and all that we do.

Lord Jesus, I hold our friend Lauren up before you at this time.  I ask You to give her clarity of mind as she struggles against confusion.  Help her to see clearly the way to go and the choices to make.  Let her feel Your presence Lord and see the blessings that come as a result of doing Your will.

I also hold Sondra before you.  Help her dear Jesus as she works diligently to keep her little buckling alive.  I ask that You give her the physical strength necessary to tend to all of her animals.  I ask that You provide her wisdom in what is the best course of action.

Father I pray for Tracy and all of the others whose homes and lives are threatened by the wildfires.  Please keep them all safe.  I pray that You would cause these fires, which kill, rob and destroy, to be put out quickly.  I pray they see Your hand in it Lord.  And I pray they give You all the glory.

I also pray Your protection and blessing upon all those that have not requested prayer, Lord.   There are so many that are silently waging battles on their own, personally, with no request for help from us.  I ask that You meet their needs.  What ever it may be.

I pray specifically for all of the financial needs that are out there.  And I thank You that You are never late in making provision for Your children.

Lord, I also hold up my dad.  I ask and pray for Your wisdom and guidance at this time.  I ask that You draw him close to You and that thru the power of Your Holy Spirit, he would seek You and believe in Your precious Name.  I pray he will find, and know, the peace in these last days, that only comes thru a relationship with You.  The doctors have told him that there are no more treatment options Lord.  And I know that he is scared. I am scared.  But I trust and believe that You are the Great Physician, and that Your concern for our eternal welfare supercedes the cares and concerns of our physical existence.  I pray that he woud come to you and that his soul would be saved.  I pray for Your mercy upon him.  Be with him Jesus.  And guide him as he walks thru his last days.

I also hold up my dear and precious friends, L&T.  I thank You for their friendship, and I thank You that there are questions being asked that cause me to believe you are working miracles in them.  Thank you for T.  Thank you for loving him so much that You are patiently waiting out his decision for salvation.  Thank you for drawing him close and causing him to question, and seek answers that will cause him to cleave to You.

I also lift up the families of  and the miners that are trapped.  I ask that you comfort and provide for them all.  Give them rest Lord, and speak peace into their hearts. Let them feel your presence and know that you are near.

Father for all of these prayers, and all that are unspoken, I pray that Your will be done.

Thank You that because You gave Your precious Son, Jesus, we can come before You and we know that You will provide for all of our needs.

I love you Lord.  And I'm so thankful to be called as one of Your children.  Even when I least deserve it, You have been faithful to me.  You have never let me down. I am continuously amazed at Your mercy and grace.

Finally Lord, if there is anyone that reads this that doesnt know You, I pray that Your Holy Spirit will come upon them, and that they also would be drawn to seek Your face.  Save them Lord.  We all need you.

In Jesus precious name I ask.

Amen

Heavenly Father, tonight we come with our own needs, and desires, and Lord we ask that your will be done. We ask that if your intent is distroy the ifadels of Iran and the Middle East, that you do it swiftly, and without mercy. There are those in our Country who entertain, and conjole those who clearly hate our nation, who condone torture, and who refuse the gospel of Christ. Please bring your wrath upon them, where it will hurt them the most-in their ratings, and revenues. For their god is clearly money, and they have turned their back on you.

Heavenly Father,
Thank You for GoatTalk.  A place where we can openly come and fellowship in Your name.

Thank You for all of the blessings You have provided. Especially the adversity that You have allowed which will cause us to draw close to You if we choose it.

I thank You that Nic's doe has survived the C-section.  I pray for her comfort and health.

Thank You for the time that Doreen spent with her friend and the rest that she has had.  Thank You for bringing her home to her family safely.

Please be with each and every member of GoatTalk as they go about their days.  Draw them close to you Lord and let them see Your hand in their lives.

I especially hold up the mom and baby that was mentioned in another post.  I pray for both of them tonight and trust that Your hand is upon them.

I also ask for Your hand to be upon Kate's goats and I pray that they will start eating normally again soon.  Please give her wisdom in how to treat them.

I also hold up our fellow member Drywood...Havent heard from him in awhile, but I often think of his sons that are fighting the war overseas.  Protect them all Father and keep them close to you.

Lord I just thank You that we can come before you.  We are blessed to be called Yours, and I am grateful.

In Jesus' name.

Amen

The Good Lord gave you two ends.....one for sitting and one for thinking.  Heads you win, tails you lose.

We have room for but one language here, and that is the English language. And we have room for but one sole loyalty and that is a loyalty to the American people.' - Theodore Roosevelt 1907

Heavenly Father, today as we find ourselves in the hustle and bustle of the season, we come before you with thankfullness in our hearts. Your gift, and our salvation are guaranteed, and remembered most of all this time of year. Hold us in your loving hands Lord, let not our hearts be filled with giving this and getting that, but with reverence for your many blessings, and joy of the season. We ask that you keep our members safe, as winter conditions befall many, help them to be warm, and comfort their animals as they wait out the many storms of life. In Jesus name we pray, amen.
