Have a pair of Baby Cockateils

The babies are about a month old and don't stay in the nest box anymore.  I put them back in and they keep coming out so I'm leaving them alone now.

Notices today that dad is picking their feathers, is this normal?  Parents are still feeding them so I know they are still to young to take out of the cage.  Any suggestions to get dad to stop plucking their feathers or what to do.

I tell you this little buggers are very noisy.  BTW these are my first babies.

:congrats3: Yes, plucking parents are the bane of the Cockatiel world. I pull the offending parent, and let the remaining one raise the babies.
