Mia had her puppies
« on: January 12, 2010, 02:34:47 PM »
Well Randy woke up this morning to let the dogs out and thoght he heard a puppy and so he came in and woke me up to tell me...I think Mia had her puppies. Well I told him to leave her alone and we would go out when it was light out, as this was 6:00 this morning...Well we just went out and sure enough she had them and we could see at least 4 maybe 5...This is her first litter and she sure is protective. Guess we will move her and the pups soon to a better shelter, as she picked the shelter that is facing the north and its kinda windy today. Will get pictures when its a little warmer...

Well the puppies and Mia are doing good and yesterday we lost 1 boy puppy ..I think Momma layed on him as there are so many ...We moved her to a larger area for her and the puppies...I told Randy where she was it was too small and crowded...the others seem to be doing good.

She had 10 and we lost 2 then yesterday another didnt make it. I think she might have laid on him. We moved them and all have plenty of room now....Mia seems happier also.

How much for the pups? We may be in the market for a couple of LGD pups in a couple of months.

When I put them on here I ask $50 for 1 and $75 for 2...That is what I have always asked as I want them to have a good home and I dont overprice them. They are good dogs and there are some on here that have them and are very pleased with them.
Deanna, I think we have 3 girls and 4 males. Thats what I saw when we moved them. 2 of the males have cfolor and the rest are white as far as I can tell so far. Mia is making such a Great Momma also with this being her first litter. Of course Champ is the dad, he makes such Wonderful babies ....When I can get a chance to will get some pictures...
