We don't have an emoticon for that every 10 minute thing. You really have to understand the doctors I have seen. I mean my gp is a great guy, old, and not up to date on things, but nice. For most issues, he is fine, I'm sick okay, antibiotics and a pat on the head. Hurt my back, and pain meds. But when I went to him as a hospital follow up and he said my heart was fine, it sure shouldn't have been in atrial fib the very next day when I had an ekg. He also is not the best at remembering which meds interact with others. Now before anyone tells me to find a new doctor, I need to tell you I had a great young, handsome, up to date doctor, who nearly lab tested me into the poor house, and who has an office staff that needs some SERIOUS work. So, for me, finding a doctor who will take me seriously (I only go to the doctor when it is serious) and not spend my money covering his/her ass, I am kind of stuck being in charge of my own medical care.
