:lmao3: :lmao3: :lmao3: :lmao3: We don't have an emoticon for that every 10 minute thing. You really have to understand the doctors I have seen. I mean my gp is a great guy, old, and not up to date on things, but nice. For most issues, he is fine, I'm sick okay, antibiotics and a pat on the head. Hurt my back, and pain meds. But when I went to him as a hospital follow up and he said my heart was fine, it sure shouldn't have been in atrial fib the very next day when I had an ekg. He also is not the best at remembering which meds interact with others. Now before anyone tells me to find a new doctor, I need to tell you I had a great young, handsome, up to date doctor, who nearly lab tested me into the poor house, and who has an office staff that needs some SERIOUS work. So, for me, finding a doctor who will take me seriously (I only go to the doctor when it is serious) and not spend my money covering his/her ass, I am kind of stuck being in charge of my own medical care.

'In the first place, we should insist that if the immigrant who comes here in good faith becomes an American and assimilates himself to us, he shall be treated on an exact equality with everyone else, for it is an outrage to discriminate against any such man because of creed, or birthplace, or origin. But this is predicated upon the person's becoming in every facet an American, and nothing but an American. There can be no divided allegiance here. Any man who says he is an American, but something else also, isn't an American at all. We have room for but one flag, the American flag. We have room for but one language here, and that is the English language. And we have room for but one sole loyalty and that is a loyalty to the American people.' - Theodore Roosevelt 1907

:lmao3: :lmao3: I agree with you Nic, either the doc is going to listen to you and send you in for all kinds of tests or they are going to pat you on the hand and give you a bunch of meds.

Oh Nic I know just what you're talking about. I was being hippocritical telling you to see a dr.LOL I almost never go myself! I've got chronic asthma and I only roll in to the dr when I've got 1 dose left on my prescription. Like you said they either think you have nothing wrong or test and treat when it's not necessary! Well hope you can improve soon. Try plain cooked vegetables .

Okay, my DH took me to the after hours clinic this morning because I was having dizzy spells. I have a severe sinus infection in the all my left sinuses. I will be on antibiotics or up to 20 days. BUt the doc listened to me and did not put me on a ton of other stuff I really did not need.

I am doing okay. I still have a headache and the doctor said it could take two weeks before I begin to feel better. I have been on the antibiotics since Sunday. The worst is feeling tired all the time. I can deal with a headache but this tired business has got to go.

The tired feeling is coming from the sinus infection. Once I get that kicked I should be back up and running.
