Please say a prayer
« on: December 28, 2008, 11:13:37 PM »
For the last week I have had trouble breathing, walk from the living room to the kitchen and huff and puff. This morning the raging diarrhea and vomiting started and I can't seem to get warm. 4 blankets and the portable heater in my bedroom, and I'm still freezing. Temperature is 102.9, I am weak, and having flash backs to when I was to terribly ill a few years ago. Please say a prayer, I won't be on much until I can get a little farther from the bed and the commode.

'In the first place, we should insist that if the immigrant who comes here in good faith becomes an American and assimilates himself to us, he shall be treated on an exact equality with everyone else, for it is an outrage to discriminate against any such man because of creed, or birthplace, or origin. But this is predicated upon the person's becoming in every facet an American, and nothing but an American. There can be no divided allegiance here. Any man who says he is an American, but something else also, isn't an American at all. We have room for but one flag, the American flag. NIC! You need to get to the doctor and find out what is going on...It could be pneumonia and the flu combined and thats not good. Make a call and talk to them now... Prayers are going your way...

Thank you everyone. I am still sick only slept at 20 minute intervals last night, and don't have much strength, BUT I seem to be past the diarrhea and vomiting, so  :whoohoo: Still can't bring myself to eat, but I'm sure that will come in time.

Rest up and try to get something down.  At least lots of fluids.  Hope you are over the worst part.

I don't think I need to go to the Dr. at this point. When I needed to be seen, I was too sick to go, and now as I start to feel a little better, I don't see the need. I went back on my medications for congestive heart failure, and it really has made breathing easier, so for now, I'm hanging in there.

Hope you feel better soon, prayers going up! Try some herbal tea as well.

You know I have given birth four times and when my friend needed me to take her to the hospital to deliver her second child I was just as panicked as my husband and everyone else was when I went into labor but I had to remeber that a woman in labor knows her body better then the ones on the outside. Saying this We all feel you should see a doctor but you know your body better then all of us, please just listen to it.
And for goodness sake keep us all posted!!!!!!!!!!

There are some nasty bugs going around here in Montana. Have you checked with you checked with a doc? Some things don't go away on their own. Although I have no room to talk, Sunday I could not get out of bed because of a migrain and it has not left. I probally have a sinus infection and really don't feel like taking the time to go to the doc.  :hehe:
