Backyard Sheep

..Hi. First I cant Beleave I joined This Site In 2006  So......"Hello"..

..I have a Question about sheep.. What would be a Small breed to keep for a backyard and what would there needs be.."thanks"..

Hi there. You will need to add a birthdate to your profile so I can activate your reply button. As to your sheep question, just about any breed can work, you will need shelter and hay for them from the first frost until spring, and they will need worming, and feet trimming the same as goats, along with annual shearing.

You could look on the Internet for mini or small sheep and get hits there.  I know there's the mini Baby Doll sheep, but you're talking prices starting at $1,000 each.
